Welcome to IT Support!

In order to streamline and document all IT support requests and improve response times, the IT department is now utilising a 'support ticket' system. New tickets may be opened by clicking the 'Open A New Ticket' button below. Simply complete the form outlining what the problem is, in as much detail as possible. Every request for support is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress of individual requests and response times online. To do this simply click on the 'Check Status' button located at the bottom right of this page and provide your email address and unique ticket number when requested to do so. For your convenience, we also hope to provide complete archives and history of all registered support requests.

Note: to use this facility a valid email address is required.
